27 years later. Mia is a grown woman, walking the downtown streets of a big city. Her life has taken a turn for the worse after the unexpected. She has known loss at a very early age, and her upbringing has suffered. She roams the city streets confused, hurt, angry, emotional, and lost....she has turned to the substances that bring no clarity, no happiness, no peace, no security, and no answers. A lady of the night, she is a slave to her circumstance and mindset. Though she still daydreams of becoming a real dancer someday. She lets her mind wander while she lives a harsh reality.
